      Petition to Swayne: Petitioner was born in the United States, and came to Cape Breton with her parents. She married Henry Peters who died and left her with five children. She afterwards married Thomas Murrent. She asks a lease of a lot on the north side of Cow Bay allotted by Gov. Despard to Henry Peters. Note: postponed.
