      Petition to Ainslie: Petitioner, age 49, a native of Nova Scotia, is married and has eight children. He has been eight years in Cape Breton, five on a lot he purchased on Sydney River. He asks a lot on the western side of St. Peter's Road, Huntley County, Parish of St. George. Robert Peach passed Council for this lot seven years ago, but has never cultivated it. Note recommended.
