- HELEN BOUTILIER OBITUARY
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at the age of 82. Hun was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia on October 13, 1939, and moved to Kitchener in 1961. Loving wife of 59 years to Arn. Much loved mom of Arniel, Kelly (Ken) Brown, Mark, and Marilyn Boutilier (Steve Norris). Special Nana to Jordie and Luke Brown, Brittany (Brodie McPherson) and Ryan Werth, and Nicolas and Michaela Boutilier. She will be missed by longtime friends, Lynda and Kim Eby. Survived by siblings, Barbara Oldford, Joanie Ashe (Harold) and Frank "Bo" MacNeil and her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Alexander and Jenny McNeil and her siblings, Mary Bonokoski, Annie McLean, Lorraine Rideout, Jenny Kubleck, Donny MacNeil and Shirley McDonald. She was a longtime employee with the University of Waterloo in Food Services and Housekeeping. Special thank you to Dr. Lana Tan and nurses, Chantelle, Emilie and Hannah who cared for Hun. At Hun's request, a private immediate family service will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
