    • HOIC p. 588: "Ewan MacEachern lived for a while in Judique and obtained a grant of six hundred acres of land at Indian Point. He sold out this granted lot to a MacDonnell, and returned to Prince Edward Island where his brother the Bishop lived."
      HOIC p. 190: "This land [600 acres at Indian Point] he subsequently sold. The purchaser resold half of the six hundred acres to Thomas MacDonell, Ban. Ewan MacEachern returned permanently to PEI."

One hundred chains more or less Thence along the Western Line of said Reservation North Ten Degrees East Sixty Chains Thence to the Shore of St. Georges Bay one Hundred and Twenty Seven Chains more or Less Thence along Shore to the place of Commencement Containing Six Hundred and Twenty Acres more or less with allowances for Highways.
