lot on NW shore of the Gut of Little Bras d'Or (250 acres)-see deed bk B p. 123 (dated 1 January 1794) for more detail; also deed of 5 June 1807, see bk C p. 192 except 150 acres already conveyed by F.B. Also a tract of Land on Boulardarie Island at SW boundary of W. Hamilton's lot on the shore of the Little Bras d'Or, and a lot at Mill Creek in Boularderie Island (crown lease to Frederick Boutalier of 4 Nov 1809, bk C p. 438) [what part of this foreclosed-upon land was actually sold to Henry V. Bown ??]
