      "I John Andrews...give and bequeath to my wife Susannah-Margaret during the time of her natural life all that parcel of land which I received? by deed from her father James Boutlier and all the buildings thereupon, together with my personal property goods & chattels...and at her death the said parcell of land is to descend to my Children Elizabeth-Catherine, John- Jacob, Susannah-Sarah, Mary Anna & Henry-Isaac, or the survivors of them and their Heirs share and share alike... and further I give and bequeath to my sons John-George and James-Joseph, all that parcell of land which I bought from John David Boutlier being two hundred & fifty acres more or less share & share alike to them and their Heirs....& further & give and bequeath to my son John-Charles-William, one hundred acres more or less which I own? from Government adjoining John-James Lewis' Lot, to him & his heirs....; but for as much as the land purchased of John-David Boutlier is not wholly paid for, it is my desire & express? condition of this Will, that each and every one concerned therein, shall have an equal part in paying off whatsover at my decease may be due of the purchase money of the said land, so that my said sons John-George and James-Joseph may be at liberty to go after the said land free of further charge than amounts to their individual share of the unpaid purchase money....
