      "I Richard Casey of Lingan...do give...a certain tract of land unto my daughter Mary Casey otherwise Lee as a gift...forever...said land runs...in front from Walter Hanrahan's fence to the little head Rivulet or Brook thence to the back part of said land according to the front....[Richard Casey retaining the right to live on said land during his lifetime]...after [Richard Casey's] decease, it is to return to the heir and heirs of her [Mary's] body"
