      William (Mary) Rothwell, carpenter, 146 E. Broadway apt 9.

      Known as Pete (from personal communication with daughter Edith in possession of the website author).

      No birth certificate has been located, none appears to have been filed. Birth date comes from family source.

      William G. Rothwell graduated from P.S. 114 "The Ryder School" in Canarsie, Brooklyn, NY in June 1916. ("Brooklyn Daily Eagle," June 30, 1916, p. 5)

      The Rothwell-Jochem marriage license is # 5884 (Bronx County, year 1921) and the marriage certificate is #4878 (Bronx County, year 1921). Copies at the New York City Municipal Archives.
