      "Archibald MacDonald, "Gilleasbuig Ruadh," son of "Niall Mac Iain Oig," married Mary MacDonald, daughter of "Iain Mor" of West Mabou and had issue: 1. Neil, 2. Cecily, 3. Isabel, 4. Catherine, 5. Emily, 6. Joanna and 7. Mary. See page 610.
      1. Neil MacDonald, son of "Gilleasbuig Ruadh" married Flora Nicholson, a convert, daughter of Hector of Glencoe. They had no family. 2. Cecily MacDonald, daughter of Archibald, was the second wife of John MacDonald, son of Donald of MacDonald's Glen. See page 570. 3. Isabel MacDonald, daughter of Archibald, married John MacInnes, "Iain Sheumais," of Cape Mabou, uncle of Archie "Aonghais Sheumais" of Inverness. They had a son and daughter who died young. 4. Catherine MacDonald, daughter of Archibald, married Tom Casey of Sydney, underground manager with the coal company; 5. Emily and 6. Joanna were not married."
